How to do command, Whitelist e.t.c

im new to minehut and i cant do any command! 

so someone who i dont know joined my game and I tried to blacklist him, and it cam up with "Im sorry but you do not have the permission to perform this command, Please contact the server administrators if you believe that this is in error", It also does this whenever I type /<command> how would i overcome this and who are the server administrators?

You need to make yourself a server operator.

Do this; `Dashboard -> Server Commands`, then type the following command based on your version.

Java | /op (user

Bedrock | /op *(user)

Java | /deop (user)

Bedrock | /deop *(user)
