I figured i should shut it down and start it up later because it wouldnt start up properly either, showing its up and running on the title screen and then sending my straight to hub. You can join the Discord for more information (discord.gg/minehut). But when servers come back up and its still stuck on saving, try force hibernating the server. But this may lose some progress since you are force stopping it while its still saving.
