Didn't receive credits when voting or in promo video.

When I went to claim my 25 free credits and 50 free credits from voting and the promo video they have not gone through. it has been about 45 min and my account was linked as well. Then I unlinked my account after and tried to re link it and see if  that helps and now I have to wait 36 hours from the time I did the unlink and that's about 4 days I have to wait. Is there anyway I can get the cooldown on linking my account shortened and possibly my credits I voted for. I asked for help in discord and didn't get much help there either. Can someone help me out

idk, what i do is use the promotinal video every 24 hours.

i do too but i have 2 problems now cause of voting credits and linking accounts

There are some fake promo videos that don't give you credits.

 

Also for voting, did you vote in minecraftserversorg?

Did you put your exact minecraft username?

 

And if yes, may be a traffic error right now.
