Video 50 credits not given??

I need help I watched the 50 credit video but I never got my 50 credits even though I waited 5minutes I tried again and again nothing please help me I was also logged in and the last time I claimed it was 4:00pm and I watched it at 4:59pm today I need. it also says wait 24hours for next 50 so it is not a one time thing.

Hi there! That's very unfortunate, sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues. You could try using a different browser the next day to try and watch the video. Make sure you are logged into the account you want the credits on! Also, you're only able to watch the video once a day!
