Cant join my server?

I'm trying to join my server but when i try to join i just sit in the lobby and it says "waiting for server to start" at the bottom of my screen and i sit there for a while and it never joins. when i go to my minehut dashboard it says the server is online. Why cant i join then? Would appreciate some assistance.

After it says online on the panel, do the join command again if it doesn't automatically take you the first time. And make sure you are on 1.16.4 because that is what all servers are on.
