Unplayable Server Lag.

Iv been playing on Minehut with my friend for the past few months and we've noticed that there are a LOT of problems with server lag, Sometimes I cant use pressure plates, Chests, minecarts or boats Due to the lag back everytime I play on Minehut. I'm afraid this only applies to minehut due to the fact that My other friends on other server hosting sites or minecrsft realms do not deal with this such problem and the weirdest thing is, the TPS on my minhut server is perfectly at 20, and its literally only 2 people playing on it. (And yes, My wifi is completely fine, it's all full bar everytime I play)

Try doing timings to see maybe why your server is lagging.
