Beds being used in Nether and Llamas being tamed

So I've noticed on my minehut server that whenever I try and use a bed in the nether (as an explosion) is says 'Prevented a bed from used as an explosive' and whenever I try and tame a Llama it says 'Sorry, taming creatures that can carry chests is disabled!' Is there a way to enable the use of both with a command?

just Dupe fixes / illegal stack remover. is there a plugin i need to enable them?

No, there shouldn't be a plugin that enables them. Are you able to type /plugins and then screenshot that? A full list of your plugins would be preferred to identify the issue.

these are my only plugins

Very strange. Try checking in the configuration file of that plugin, it could be something that it automatically disables.

It is dupe fixes. It blocks riding animals to stop people from duping with them
