After it says online, maybe wait like 2ish minutes then try doing the /join command in the lobby. But if the server seems like it is going from starting to offline, can you send the server logs here in a pastebin.com. You can find the server logs in the latest.log file in the logs folder in the file manager after the server goes offline.
