I have got old name for a server. Is there a way to know the new name?

If you're referring to a server you don't own, then unfortunately no. What we suggest in this instance is for you to:
a) try contact the server owner/staff on discord and ask for a invite link to their servers discord.

b) in-game, if you can remember a user from that servers previous name do /find (their username) and see if they're playing the current server or reach out to them asking if they have any idea of what the name was changed to.
