How to Report a Server

I don't know how to report a server, but this server, PogMined, Is a very toxic place, I joined, only one person was nice. Next they reset everybody's items by accident, they gave everybody there items back, except for me. I know they have been around for a while but they dont care about me at all, they in fact gave peoples items back in front of me.
