my server griefed full of griefed, he hacked my account then i cant ban why and all staff is hating me of my server pls help us and give our server back

You should whitelist your server so random people can't join and grief. To whitelist your server, first do /whitelist on to turn the whitelist on. Then /whitelist add <player> and add the players who you want to be able to join. Note that opped players bypass the whitelist. You can do /whitelist remove <player> if you ever want to remove someone from the whitelist. And /whitelist off to disable the whitelist. /whitelist list should also give you a list of players who are part of the whitelist.

How would that user hack your account? There shouldn't be a way for a user to get access to someone's account if you didn't give them any of your account details. Do /ban <player> to ban a certain user. And if you aren't opped, either op yourself through console then do it or just do the command in console. 

And what do you mean by the last part? "all staff is hating me of my server"
