Mobs are disabling and not spawning for some reason and i've tried everything, set gamerule to true, set difficulty in game and on server properties to normal, looked at every plugin and set mobspawning to true and i've also done /region flag __global__ mob-spawning allow but still randomly turns itself off and i'm really confused, can anyone help?
