Dangerous Caves Set-up?

Hi, I've just added the dangerous caves plugins to my server (i added 1 and 2) but when i type the /dangerouscaves command it says the command isn't available. Am I missing a setup step or is this command not right?

Do /pl, is the plugin there? If so is it green or red? If its red, its probably outdated. And I just checked the plugin's site and it looks like the plugin is outdated and has been discontinued. But there is a new version of the plugin that works with newer versions but is not on Minehut. You can suggest it in the plugins tab on the forums if you want it to be added.
