server broken?

my server wont start, I keep trying to repair core files, but it wont work

 

(ps: my friend set the tick speed to 99999999)

Try starting your server and then putting in the command gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 a minute or 2 after you start it in the Server Commands box on the panel. It might take a few minutes after you put in the command and sometimes you might need to put it in a few times, but that should help solve your issue.

i can join but it doesn't respond to my commands

Did you do the command exactly like that in console? Because it is case sensitive. Also do it while the server is online but do not join it.

oops sorry didn't mean that, yes i did, i have tried everything, but yet it still wont start
