Staff Needed

On my server, I need Builders. The reason is, I need a massive spawn for my survival server. You might we wondering "Why would you need a huge spawn for a survival server?". The reason is, a tiny ugly looking one won't make people want to join. My server isn't classic survival, once the spawn is built, I could use some developers to make crates and manage permissions with Group Manager. (must have Discord) I also need a Co-Owner, I don't know who to  choose. I have many staff that do not come on anymore, so I do need some staff.

I would suggest first having a player base then find staff, like this you will just get staff hunters, you wouldn't get staff that would actually enjoy playing on you're server.

I mean, open applications, But you need a certain amount of playtime to apply. That's what I did

First things first, Group Manager is not updated and unless you have Protocol Support, Group Manager won’t work. (Atleast thats what Everyone else says)
