Placeholders in PAPI reset (uninstall) when restarting the server.

Hello, this thing has been happening to me a lot. Everytime I reset the server, placeholders uninstall, and I need to install them again to make them work. Anyone knows how I can stop this happen? Can I automatically install them using skript plugin or something?

No like actually, tried to find something several times, but theres literally NOTHING
