Other Dimensions on Minecraft maps

I downloaded a parkour map to play with my friends (Parkour Paradise) but there is a portal that is supposed to take me to the next part of the map. When I go through, it just takes me to the normal nether and not the next part. Does anyone have any solutions?

this map if it has any dimensions other than the nether and end then it most likely requires mods

It is just the nether and end. When I go through the portals it takes me to the regular end and nether
