Server stopped saving

So recently me and my friends server has stopped saving and I’m not really sure what to do. I asked reddit but the things they told me didn’t help so now I’m here. Anyways anyone know a solution because auto save is on and I don’t know what to do. Am I doomed or can I fix this?

minehut recently rolled out an update that was meant to fix this issue, i recommend getting in touch with a member of administration and reporting the issue
