ive been muted on the minehut server for a year now and my mute is not removed yet how can i get it removed

i think i was banned for saying something along the lines of atternos has more ram but the que is about an hour so i use minehut

appernentaly that was considered addvertisement for atternos

As chillins said you can appeal. The reason Minehut don't want players mentioning/advertising other server hosts / non-Minehut servers is probably because they don't want their players moving away from them, and non-mh servers can leak their IP and maybe other stuff.
