Change seed

I've recently started a server and set up a majority of things including all the work it is to put a lot of data packs in the server. So I've decided that i want a different seed for my server. I found one and when i hit update and went into the server it didn't change. so i looked and saw the reset world option and wanted to come here and ask if it would get rid of my data packs, since the data packs are in the /world folder. Any help is appreciated.

Yes pressing reset world in the world tab will completely reset the world and any datapacks on the world will also be removed. 

And when changing the seed and pressing reset world, make sure to do it while the server is offline because sometimes it doesn't work while its online.
