Looking for new minecraft commands

I was on my Minehut server trying out some new commands when suddenly... nothing heppened! The invisible item frame command won't work :/

Anyone got an idea of when they will update their commands?
If not, is there a plugin for invisible item frames or something of the sorts?
I just find it really annoying having to type this over and over again...

/summon item_frame ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1,Fixed:1,Facing:1,Item:{id:"iron_sword",Count:1}}
                                                                                                                 ↑
                                                                                                       Name of item
and

/data merge entity @e[type=item_frame,sort=nearest,limit=1] {ItemRotation:1}

                                                                                          Amount of times you want to rotate the item
