Why did you decide to apply for staff on PlexPvP?

I was looking to apply on servers [in general] but... I am very experienced when it comes to kitpvp and I can for sure help.  I would do a great job as a Manager & Staff Manager  since I have always been a hard worker and I am motivated by my passion for the game. I enjoy serving players and, I believe that I am able to apply my skills set to particular situations while achieving complete player satisfaction and enjoyment. I love to share my knowledge with others, in any kind of department and I have been playing Minecraft for a while now. I am sure I have a lot of knowledge to help the staff team and in general the server. I guarentee 100% dedication and focus to the tasks I am going to be doing, thinking first on the server, and then on me, in a constant pursuit of it's greater good. I can offer a very active Staff Member that can help any player with any doubt that might exist.  I can broaden my horizons regarding management and administration of a Minecraft Server and I can spend time doing one thing that I love very much, helping out and being a hard worker. Also, having had experience on this specific server makes me perfect for the position, since I already know the rules, the tasks a staff have to fulfil when dealing with a specific situation.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?

First of all, one thing that I feel sets me apart from others is that I really do have a strong passion and desire to help others and do work. I truly want to help out in any way possible. I’m also very friendly and approachable– in a staff position I do my very best to make players feel comfortable with talking to me (for any reason – help, advice, reports or just a friendly chat) and make sure that nobody feels intimidated just because of a server rank. I'm also an extremely committed staff member - I vow to never let anyone down, to keep the great community always happy. I will do anything for new players to feel welcomed to the server so they can experience many great things.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

-I do a lot of content work.

- I can manage/handle other staff members very well

- I am very dedicated and I try to help as much as I can

What moderation experience do you have? Explain what you learned from these experiences:

I was Helper on two other servers, Mod on one server,  Sr mod on two servers and Manager on two servers [big servers].  I worked myself up and my goal was always to be a Manager on a big server and learn as much as I can which I definitely did.  When it comes to content work, game mode teams etc...  I learned super much and stuff like that I will implement on MuxPvP.  I have a lot of experience in general,  I have been every staff rank member basically .

Have you ever been punished on Plex or any other Minecraft servers? If so, why were you punished and how did you learn from it?

I was punished on other servers yes,  but... that was years ago,  I was still pretty immature and very young.

What are some hobbies, activities or achievements you have outside of Minecraft?

I play football, [do many sports in general].

 

 

If the server is being botted, what would you do?

I would ban the person that is botting.

If you get into an argument with a player, how would you try to resolve the situation? Would you come to terms with their side of the argument or would you just stop arguing?

I would stop arguing, it's not worth it and it will make you look bad especially as a staff member.

Tell us about a mistake you made in the past. What did you learn from this mistake and how did you deal with it?

When I was a helper I false punished players of course by accident but I worked hard to fix these mistakes and I did after some weeks.  I had an argument with another staff member [not about Minecraft] but... after that it never happened again, again it is not worth it.

If a staff member’s account was hacked, what would you do?

As I would come in as manager,  I would demote the staff member, possibly ban him/her and let the owner know [if needed].

You see a player claiming he was false banned on another server. He begins to talk about botting Plex. How do you react? 

I would probably ignore the person,  it is not ideal to say that he is going to bot 'plex' but unless he doesn't actually do it I'd probably just ignore.

There is a player constantly saying bad things about the staff team, but they aren't technically breaking any rules? What do you do?

Tell them to stop,  if the person does NOT STOP and I have the power,  punish him and possibly add it to the rules or just let them know that they should not do it 'next time' again.

A player, who claims to be friends with staff, is messaging you saying he will tell his friends that you are abusing your permissions if you punish them. What do you do in this situation?

I would probably say 'ok' and if he continues ignore him,  if the staff member messages me I would explain the situation to him.

A player messages you with your personal information. He threatens to leak it if you don't un-punish them. How would you react in this situation?

Well I would try to speak with them, try to calm the player down, if he continues I would blacklist him, block him and move on.

I will definitely help the server to grow.
