Every time I try to reset my server it doesn't reset. Does anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

Like I said, every time I try to reset the server I can't. I can't really think of any problems that would make this happen.

are you following these steps?

1. Go to your server panel, make sure your server is online

2. Navigate to the “Danger Zone” tab

3. Click “Reset Server”

4. Stop and start your server
