General Details:

Why did you decide to apply for staff on PlexPvP?

I decided to apply on PlexPvP because I really enjoy playing and having fun with the community and supporting everyones ideas and suggestions, I agree that I've been somewhat immature in the past and I have changed. I'd like to moderate PlexPvP once again because I feel that I can be a use to the team because of my current activity throughout the discord, and soon to be in-game. I tend to use my skills very effectively in order to prevent rule  breakers and to make sure no one is disturbing the community. I also have full understanding of all the roles listed down below and I promise you I could support and answer all the questions the community has. I really miss working with the staff team because of the great things I've learned from them and the things they've taught me to be a good staff member. I understand how to moderate efficiently and I plan to work on PlexPvP once again.

Why should we accept you over other applicants?

I believe I should be accepted on PlexPvP due to the major responsibilities I've taken in the past. I'm really active meaning I can be on a lot to support and help the community (8+ hours), also I work great as a team and I plan on punishing rule-breakers according to the staff guidelines. I'm sure that I would be a great addition to the team because of my former experience on PlexPvP, I've been staff on here before and I understand how to punish players and generally moderate. I also really love to get to know the community before I do anything show I understand how they think and their perspective on PlexPvP. If they have any suggestions, I do not like to be biased I would go based off what the community likes in general as I respect all their ideas and opinions. Lastly, as mentioned down below I have a ton of experience I'd like to utilize here on PlexPvP.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths: My main strengths is when it comes to collaboration, I collaborate well with my peers and I always listen to my seniors, I also do not disrespect anyone on the server and in fact, try to help them in any way I could. My other strength is dealing with rule-breakers, as mentioned up above, I tend to memorize the punishment-guidelines in order to be prepared so I could punish the player appropriately. I'm also decent at building, which I don't think would be the most useful as the map is absolutely amazing! Tastq of course, is an amazing builder.. I just thought in emergency cases I can help if needed. Lastly, I am very active,  activity is my main point and as I mentioned above I can be on 8-12 hours daily which can benefit players with different timezones when most staff aren't online. Lastly, I have usually get to know the community which is why my bonds are very strong with them, which can always benefit in many good ways.

Weaknesses: My weakness is dealing with abusive staff, although I can handle the situation well, by getting proof and immediately reporting the situation to a senior, I also don't understand why they try ruin the hard work put in to the development/community of the server and try to abuse their powers by ruining the map, false banning/punishing players, etc.

What moderation experience do you have? Explain what you learned from these experiences:

I have had a lot of experience with many different types of Staff Roles, it includes the following; Moderation, Administration and Management.

Moderation - As a moderator, I've taken care of many servers and provided players with all the information needed on the server. I've also had the experience of punishing players appropriately depending on the rule they've broken (of course, following the correct punishment guidelines). I've also helped many players who don't understand how to do specific things and have provided them with the correct information.

Administration - As an administrator, I've taken care of helping the founder of communities with their discord servers and in-game problems which include finding bugs, and taking care of bug-reports given by players. As an administrator, I understood my roles very well understand all the jobs this role takes care of. As the founder of a few servers my self, I understand mainly, what the goals of specific roles are.

Management - I personally think the management role has 2 sides to it (some servers don't include/have the management role) Build Managers and Staff Managers. I believe that Build Managers take care of what the builders are supposed to do, they decide the plan/layout of a specific structure or map and give it to the builders to create. They make sure the builds don't get out of hand and take care of accepting/denying builder staff applications by looking at their portfolios, etc. In my eyes, the Staff Manager would take care of Staff Applications, and decide whether to accept or not accept the applicant into the Staff Team. The Staff Manager also takes care of promotions/demotions of Staff Members and make sure they don’t abuse. As a manager, I’ve mainly taken care of Staff. As stated up above those are things I had to take care of while being a Staff Manager.

I have been Staff on many communities before including owning some of my own servers. I have prior knowledge to all the roles and understand all the jobs.

ProHeist - Moderation Team (Average Players: 20) | I've learned a lot on here, is varies from my moderation skills to the ways I handle certain staff situations which could lead to bigger problems, and how to make sure bigger problems don't occur.

PurgFarms - Administration Team (Average Players: 30) | This was a very popular server, on this community I helped with basic administration such as reporting bugs, fixing bugs, resolving tickets and moderation things.

Karvox - Management Team (Average Players: 15) | This was a small pvp server I liked helping, I taught the owner a lot with choosing good applicants which could possibly benefit the server in moderation/administration.

Excavators - Moderation Team (Average Players: 20) | This is a very popular roblox tycoon server, it used to be bigger but now the player base has decreased. My experience and moderation skills had experienced a lot on this community because of the problems I had to solve in order to keep it a better place.

RandoBox/Simulators - Moderation Team (Average Players: 50) | This use to be a very popular server, I kept control of things that would've caused chaos and stopped prevented a lot of bot attacks by handling the situation calmly and steadily.

Munchy - Moderation Team (Average Players: 35) | Munchy was a cool community which was partnered with RandoBox/Simulators, I did similar things to RandoBox but instead I learned how to deal with abusive staff and abusive co owners who tried to steal all the work of the developers/owners.

Fights - Management Team (Average Players: 25) | A small pvp server I helped with managing situation which include finding small bugs, and taking care of staff applications.

PlexPvP - Moderation Team (Average Players: 45) | I've learned a lot on here, its been a great time meeting the staff on here and I'd like to work with them all once again.

Venzor - Ownership Team (Average Players: 15) | Ive learned how to manage servers and all of it was very fun! I got to meet new amazing people....

The experience I had on all of these servers really increased my understanding of Staff and the types of roles/jobs they are meant to do. I really enjoyed helping these communities and liked to see them grow.

Those are some servers, 2-3 years ago on Minehut I had been a part of many more. Sadly most are not up anymore and/or died. I plan to take my knowledge on PlexPvP instead.

Now for the past few months while PlexPvP was down I decided to play external servers such as Hypixel and Mineplex, I've watched many youtube videos on staff and have seen how they deal with problems in-game which gives me a better idea on how to deal with a specific situation which I thing has helped me improved my skills. I plan on using this knowledge to further support the PlexPvP community.

Have you ever been punished on Plex or any other Minecraft servers? If so, why were you punished and how did you learn from it?

I have indeed been warned two times on PlexPvP as a new player and I tend to never do the mistake I did ever again. I was warned for safe-zoning, as I didn't know what it was so I figured out and I never did it again. I've also been banned on Hypixel for hacking, I understand I had violated the rules on there which is why I learned to respect the rules and to never use a hacked client again. Since PlexPvP was down I hadn't been punished before that time, I believe I was a Staff Member when PlexPvP had closed.

What are some hobbies, activities or achievements you have outside of Minecraft?

Outside of Minecraft I really enjoy watching Anime, it is my favourite type of entertainment and I enjoy watching it all day sometimes, but I'm more into Minecraft now. I also have been playing the piano for 5-6 years and I really enjoy that as it calms me down, and lets me have a chance to play my favourite Anime songs. Since online school started and the Covid-19 situation has taken a big impact on the world I needed something to do on my free time, so I tried cooking and baking.. It was quite fun!

Situational Questions:

If the server is being botted, what would you do?

As I learned from past experience, I would not need any evidence to support my case for any bots. I learned that I would have to mute the chat [slow-mode] and come to spawn and ban all the "bots" sitting at spawn as a bunch. This would be the most sufficient and quick way to get rid of all bots [and if we accidentally ban a player, they would appeal and be unbanned].

If you got into an argument with a player, how would you try to resolve the situation? Would you come to terms with their side of the argument or would you just stop arguing?

When it comes to these types of situations I really react in a way where it will not cause disturbance to the player or annoy them. I would 100% react accordingly on what the argument is about, if any case I would sometimes come on their side but I would usually just stop arguing.

Tell us about a mistake you made in the past. What did you learn from this mistake and how did you deal with it?

A mistake I've made in the past is not trusting players, for example when I used to own a server I had trusted a developer which I thought could be a good fir for the job, but in the end he was there to steal my builds, console, and everything. I dealt with this situation the best I could and I decided to change my password as he couldn't due to the recovery email address I had set. Then, I of course never got in contact with him as he was there just to ruin the time of others. Another mistake I've made is by not doing what I was asked by one of the owners on a server, I had ignored his policy of not being staff on any other server and I tend to change that.

If a staff members account was hacked, what would you do?

I would take no hesitation and ban their account as soon as possible, then I would get a senior to deal with the situation. The reason for this is because there is so much I could do when dealing with a hacked account. I want to make sure no damage is done to the server or any of the players.

You see a player claiming he was false banned on another server. He begins to talk about botting Plex. How do you react?

Since this is a big issue I would stay calm, although, I would mention the problem to my seniors. If no action is taken I would punish the player ASAP. If he manages to get bots on I would start by banning each bot and muting the chat and then asking seniors to log on [mod+].

There is a player constantly saying bad things about the staff team, but they aren't technically breaking any rules? What do you do?

If a player was saying bad things about our team, I would try to explain to them to relax and not spread hate towards our hardworking team, if they don't tend to cooperate I would mention a Sr.Mod and I would tell them a player is disturbing our community by spreading hate towards our team.

A player, who claims to be friends with staff, is messaging you saying he will tell his friends that you are abusing your permissions if you punish them. What do you do in this situation?

If this were to happen, I would first take a screenshot on the message he sent me. Then I would show the staff team to ensure my safety and proof that I am not actually abusing. Then I would either wait for a staff members response on what to do or simply punish him if he decides to spread fake rumours, which is community disruption.

A player messages you with your personal information. He threatens to leak it if you don't un-punish them. How would you react in this situation?

Again, with this situation I would take a screenshot and send it to my staff team, then I would create a minehut report and make sure the minehut community takes action to punish players like them. Once thats been done, I would wait for a response and start by taking action on PlexPvP until minehut responds.

Anything else you would like to tell us?

I absolutely love this community, and will never forget it. I would love to work on here once again. Thank you!
