Certain commands break my server!

So I have a minehut server. It is survival. However if I try to //set something 50+ blocks more it crashes the game and we rollback to the last save. Either I have to Save every 5 minutes or need to figure out why one command breaks my server! If you have any ideas let me know

Does your server crash too or just your game? And are there other people who are on the server too that crash? Check your server logs to see maybe why it crashed. 50+ blocks isn't a lot and that shouldn't cause it to crash. Do you only get rolledback after doing the worldedit command? Because people recently have been having issues with their world getting rolledback every time their server hibernates..

Just the server crashes. Everyone crashes. There might be a plugin thats messing with it though. So in logs it just stops. All the plugins stop. The world stops and only the chat works. After you leave the server goes offline -> into hibernation -> turn it on and it gets rolled back to the last save.

Since its happening when you do a worldedit command, maybe try resetting the plugins config. To do that, go to the plugins tab. Search worldedit and click reset config. Then restart the server. Also you should do this while the server is online because sometimes it doesn't work if the server is online while you do stuff.

Sometimes it does not work while the server is offline.

No. Sometimes if you edit stuff on the server like files or reset stuff, and the server is online, it doesn't work. So just try to make it be offline instead to be safe.
