My server won't start up

I accidentally banned myself, then i went into commande console, typed "unban FlashyFlash_Jr,and i tried joining and it didn't work, i then proceeded to do, save world then stop it, then i try starting it and my server won't start up anymore. I need help please.

It's most likely a problem with the world saving. Wait a couple hours and start it again, it should work.

do /pardon <player> instead. Unban usually only works if you have some sort of punishment plugin. If that doesn't work either, try deleting the banned-players.json and banned-ips.json  file from the file manager then restart the server. 

Also about your server not starting, can you send your server logs here in a pastebin.com. The logs usually help determining why the server isn't starting up. Here is a tutorial on how to get logs if you don't know how to.
