I can't figure out how to submit a ban appeal.

I tried the create content button and some other things, none if it worked. Are you not accepting appeals right now or something? What happened was some guy was advertising a client and was basically spamming chat with it. I was annoyed(this is in the lobby server) and i said in chat something along the lines of don't download their client. I sent the same message twice, like 10 seconds apart. I guess the bot though i was advertising? If the ban appeals are broken or something please unban me, my username is KenzoBonder. You can look at the chat logs to verify that what i said is true.

Ya you cannot create an appeal or report through the create button at the top of the page. You have to go to this category at the bottom of the main page and you will see one forum post there. And in that post, will be links to appeal and report.
