How Can I Manually Save my MineHut Server?

I've been having some problems with my MineHut server lately and was wondering if anyone could help.

For about 5 days now, anytime I log into my MineHut server, the world is reverted to a previous 'save' of the world. This means any work I put into my server is immediately erased once I log off and it's like the world doesn't remember anything I did for 5 days. Does anyone know how to fix this issue by manually saving the world? If so please let me know how to do so.

Uhh, a lot of users have this problem, try /save-on and that could help, but this is a cmhi (common minehut issue) so yea
