Cannot Connect To Minecraft Server

Hello again,

The link to send a support ticket wouldn't work so I'm posting here. My server refuses to load because of error io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception. I have done all the steps to try and fix this issue, such as waiting five minutes to join, repairing files, even deleting some obsolete plugins.

Therefore I was told to put in a pastebin link of the server logs. Here it is, hope you guys can figure out the solution to his problem.

try starting your server from the dashboard, wait for it to come online, and then join from the lobby

Well, I'm trying that now and it's not even coming online anymore. Before, it was doing that, albeit very briefly.

Okay it's online but that didn't fix the issue

FOUND IT. Apparently I had to kill myself and unload the End because it was wiggin out about no Ender dragon.
