people are trying to ddos minehut servers for a price. Can they be banned from minehut?

the first screenshot is their advertisement, the second is the people trying to get it (TheTurtle99 is me, I was in there to say it was messed up and get the screenshot.) Anywho, I was wondering if they could be banned? Because this breaks not only mojang's TOS but it is also illegal in America and im sure other countries too.

You can report people here to Minehut because greifing and stuff isn't allowed.
