Migins Posted September 20, 2020 Share Posted September 20, 2020 M I N E H U T C O M M U N I T Y F A Q HOW TO SET A DEFAULT WORLD DIFFICULTY: EASY Introduction: For the following tutorial, it is assumed that the reader has a basic knowledge of how to set up a server and join it. It is also assumed that the reader has basic computing skills, the ability to use the Minehut Dashboard and a world which they would like to set as the default one. Setting the default world (also known as level name) will make it so when a user joins your server, they are teleported to that world. This is incredibly useful in any situation where you are creating a server. How to set a Default World: To set a default world, you simply go into your server's dashboard and into 'Settings'. There should be an option titled 'Level Name'. Here you enter the name of the world you would like users to be teleported to when they join your server. From here, press save and restart your server for this to take effect! It'll still work if its multiple words but its better to just keep it 1. Does it create a new world, or if we have a world already named for example "ACoolWorld" (world folder name) and we change the level name to "ACoolWorld", does it make a new world or does it set ACoolWorld as the default server's world?
