Blextroph Staff Application Format : 

Thank you for wanting to try and shoot for a position at Junior Moderator here on Blextroph. Before you apply, please review the following requirements below: 

• 14 + (Exceptions might be made) 

• Should be able to have a somewhat brief overview in your head about the server 

• A working microphone that doesn’t sound like a potato 

• Active in-game, at least 1-2 hours a day and active in the discord. 

• Have a strong understanding about the discord & in-game rules. 

• No punishments in the past week, unable to check. Nor don’t ask a staff member, you should know your recent punishments.

Situational Questions 

If a staff member is being biased towards a member, what would you do? 

When was a recent time you got into a disagreement with somebody? If you came to an agreement, how did you get there? If you didn’t, why didn’t you? 

If the server was being botted, what would you do? 

Tell us about a recent mistake or a mistake you made in the past. What did you learn from that mistake and how did you deal with it? 

If a staff member is abusing their powers, what would you do? 

If a staff members account is hacked, what would you do? 

For say, you were called out for cheating by a staff member. You were screenshared by him and you have proof to show that you weren’t cheating and he/she doesn’t listen and punishes you. What would you do?
