Blextroph Staff Application Process

Hello there fellow gamer! Thank you for giving yourself the opportunity a chance at becoming a staff member within Blextroph. The whole management team came up with a whole process that you guys have to read through, which the process is a thing obviously to show us who's the best fit for the job and who isn't. Please take your time to read through this whole staff application process and you'll have a good chance at becoming a staff member. This process might be changed through out time of the season being up depending on who actually joins the club. Any information that is leaked during your process of becoming a staff member will result in a removal from the process and you'll be blacklisted from all.

 

Stage 1 - Application Process

This is the first stage to becoming a staff member a part of Blextroph. You can actually start and fill out a application here. There should be a format that is required to follow, feel free to create a new topic under the applications section. Copy and paste the format into your new topic and be sure to use the right format, result in using a unnecessary format will result in a instant denial. Please make sure you are answering each and every question truthfully with your brain please and thank you. This application just lets the staff know who you are and your abilities throughout your experience of being a staff member. Please let us know in your application if you struggle with certain things and we are able to help you through it.

• Requirements for a staff application are some things that are needed to be a staff member. We believe the requirements are set for multiple reasons just to make sure that you're following them and we're reading/understanding them. Individuals who are mature and professional have a chance at being accepted as a staff member. We would love to make sure you follow these requirements by reading this application process because it shows that your in a professional manner.

 

• Experience is something that all players should have applying for either a job or an application in life. Being able to have experience in certain things or topics lets us know that you have dealt with these past scenarios/situations before which shows that you're professional and mature. Failure to have experience will possibly result in a lower chance of being accepted. You have the chance at learning a ton of new things from becoming a staff member a part of a community.

 

Stage 2 - Interview Stage

The interview stage is a process of communication and brief questions asked by one or another staff member to let us know your strengths, peaks and weaknesses a part of being a staff member. Sometimes the interview process might take a while due to some staff members either not being available or you've recently submitted a application and then the applications instantly close due to a full roster of staff members. Don't worry, because your application will still be until then the applications open back up. Your application will most likely be reviewed instantly because you've been waiting for a while for it to be over looked. Once you're accepted, you're going to be directed through a set of steps by one or another individuals that are going to be interviewing you through our community discord in a private interview voice channel. The interview questions for this stage will change upon who is on the staff team. You will be asked questions by the management team and usually 1 or another staff member in the interview. This is just to see how you will fit in with our staff team and everyone else because we want to have a successful staff team that is able to work with one or another individuals in tuff scenarios. These interviews are going to be recorded and then forwarded to one or another senior moderator who is going to have a say about your application. During this time period you shouldn't overwhelm or be nervous because it's just a interview to see how you'll do on the job.

Stage 3 - Determining Stage 

Once you've passed the interview stage, you're officially a part of the Blextroph staff team. However, before you receive your in game rank. In our community discord, the staff team is going to have a brief talk about the current staff team. We will most likely introduce you to everyone and let you know how we run things around here in our community. After this brief introduction you will get your rank in game, in the main discord and have access to certain voice channels if given by an owner or admin. The team will have a discussion about your current behaviour and possibly let you know on what you should improve in. This is the last stage which means after this whole period is over which will most likely last for a week or two, you will either move on and receive a promotion to moderator or be demoted entirely and you're allowed to reapply in the next wave of applications.
