Is it possible to find server logs for past uses of a server

I'm trying to find logs for last time I started my server

The latest.log is the logs from when you started the server. You cannot get old logs tho without like a plugin like DiscordSRV which puts your server console in a discord channel.

If you go to your file manager > logs > latest.log then you should get it!

Look at the other files in that folder, find the one named with the date that you need
