Blocked account

I have been trying to log into my account and it blocked me so I stoped for a few days but it still blocks me (I made a new account to make this), I have tryed to reset my password too, and I couldn't make a support ticket because it couldn't load. I would be very happy if someone helped me.

I tried to login to many times so it blocked me so I couldn't login but I stoped for a few days but I'm still blocked.

Try resetting your password. 

Edit: oh wait never mind. you said you already tried. What of the reset password didn't work? Did you not get the email? Try checking the other folders in your email.

When I tried resetting my password it didn't come and I checked other folders too so I tried another email and the mail came but I'm still blocked.

When I pressed on the link it says hm... coudn't log you in but when I try going there manually it doesen't load and only says loading form. Maybe its a problem with my computer also when I try to log in it takes me to a place called super league I don't know if thats normal but you know just in case thats importent

Edit: It didn't occur to me that maybe I should try doing the support thing on another device
