lag LAG SPIKES PLS HELP

So I used to run a server with no problem but sometimes I'd get a bit of a lag spike, it would usually last about 10 seconds which wasn't much of a problem for a free hosting.

Then me and my friends decided to start a survival world, GREAT my friend makes the server and we all join. 

Nothing wrong, 2 days in...

Now shit hit the fan fam, we'd get a lag spike every 10 minutes the lag spike would last about 3-4 minutes which most of the times we ignore by watching youtube,playing a different game or restarting the server.

IT'S REALLY ANNOYING, I can literally not open chests, break blocks, craft, not even move my stuff in my inventory.

And no its not from my connection my connection is 15 mbps.

Im really pissed sometimes I literally cant play because of the lag

Now I usually have about 250-400 ms all the time which is bad I guess Im in AU if you can do anything about this I'd appreciate it .

Minehut, No way to fix it.

As stated, this issue is with Minehut, but it may also be server-side, try restarting your server.

The lag spike was happening yesterday all over and it is really stressful. I feel you
