Mobs Aren't Spawning in my World?

I've created a new Minehut server but the problem is that mobs are not spawning in my world. A list of what I've done:

• I made sure that mob spawning is enabled in settings (both for hostile and regular mobs)
• I've rebooted the server multiple times
• I've made sure that the game rule for mob spawning is enabled
• I've made sure the server's difficulty is on Hard
• I used to have plugins like WorldGuard and Essentials Protect, but I removed them in the case that they were problematic

The plugins I'm using are:

• EssentialsX
• EssentialsChat
• EssentialsSpawn
• EssentialsWarpGUI
• Kit Preview (Essentials)
• LuckPerms
• WorldEdit

I am currently playing on a world that I uploaded to the server. I still have the world that the server automatically generated on the server and when I teleport to it, I see that hostile mobs are spawning normally on that world. Is there an issue with Minehut, having multiple worlds and mob spawning?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
