I created a free server and don’t have admin

I created a free server but I don’t have admin controls, it said I don’t have permission to run commands. How do I change this?

When you create a server you don't automatically get all the permissions, You have to op yourself, You need to go to your server dashboard > appearance > then below you will see a box names Server Command, then you will need to enter the command /op <name>, then you should be good
