Uploading problems with large world save

I have a world save from a friends' private server (not minehut) that over 500mb and I'm trying to upload it. If I just drop the .zip into the world settings, it hibernates before its even 10% done. If I stay on, nothing happens when it's done. If I get on then get off right before it's done, nothing happens. Can anyone help? I tried the official tutorial method, but the file.io site cant handle larger than 100mb

The upload limit through the panel is 50mb and with the upload command is 500mb. So you cannot upload a world larger than 500mb. File.io does have a 100mb limit but you can use other sites such as dropbox. But since your world is over 500mb, you cannot upload it.
