Can my ban please be lifted.

i was banned off all minehut servers for 4 months because my account said something rude in the lobby chat. However, at the time, i was in the kitchen peeling and orange and my brother was on my laptop. I told him to play Crocs World, but he went on minecraft instead. I came back and he said that I was banned. This isn't fair as I had no control over this and I have set a new passcode on my pc to ensure this never happens again. I just want to join my creative server and I can't until Christmas time. My brother has autism and I am very sorry this happened. Could I please have the ban lifted. If it makes my case better, could I come back but be muted in main lobby. Once again I am sorry.

But saying someone else went on your computer and said it isn't a good excuse. You can still appeal if you want if you think its unfair.
