My server doesen't want to start up

Okay so i've been trying everything for 2 days now to start my server up but nothing seems to be working so i was wondering if anyone here could help me?

 

My server ip is: ProjectSag.minehut.gg

Check your server logs to see why your server may not be starting. If you don't know what the logs mean, you can send them here in a pastebin.com.

Here is how to get logs if you don't know how. Go to the logs after attempting to start the server.

Look i knew that but i can't access server.propreties bacause minehut doesen't allow me but look at this... I can't change it bacause its running in "OFFLINE/INSECURE MODE!" but to change that  i need access to server.properties

Also sorry for an really old reply i just didn't check it until now...
