Send the logs after the server crashes. Try doing /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 in console while the server is online. But don't join the server. Also make sure its exactly like that because it is case sensitive. Never change the tickspeed to really high numbers. Maybe the highest like a few hundred but not really high. Do what I said above.
