GSit Plugin only lets me use sit

According to the plugin's description, I should also be able to lie down or crawl using /glay and /gcrawl respectively. However, when I try to use these commands, won't work. When I attempt to use the /glay command, it gives me an error saying "[GSit] You have no permission to use this command!". For /gcrawl, it says, "Unknown command. Type "/help" for help." It's not listed as a bug on Spigot. This has happened every time I install this plugin. Sitting works just fine, it's only the other two commands that give me issues. Is there a way to change the permissions so I'm able to use it? Does Minehut have an outdated version? Is there away to download GSit and upload it to the server myself?

Make sure you have the * permission (gives you all permissions in the game) if you have a permissions plugin installed and then try it. If you want to find the exact permission for it to give your players permission, then I'd recommend checking the plugin website.
