someone backdoored my server

Staff please help this user, (cyberedcake) backdoored my server and can you plase unban me i cant even log on with an alt

See if you can sign into console, remove his backdoor access (Change the password), ban him, then unban yourself

You need to log out, go to "Dont remember your password" and then follow the instructions
