Minehut server going from starting to offline

Whenever i try to start my Minehut server it goes to starting then offline.
I've tried resetting my server, repairing core files and force hibernating it but none of them work.

When I reset my server it works when it first starts but when i change the server settings it doesn't start anymore.

I'm haven't touched any of the files in the file manager.

I'm not using any plugins either.

I can start my other server its only this server i cant start.

Something seems wrong with the json files on your server. Delete all the json files on the main file manager.

ops.json
whitelist.json
banned-players.json
banned-ips.json

These should be the ones. There might be more. Then restart the server.

I am having the same problem

but when i deleted

it still did it

Did you restart server after? Maybe try again and see if there are other json files in the main file manager that i didn't specify. Or try clicking repair files in the danger zone section on the panel. Then restart or even hibernate the server for a while then start it.

How long does what take? The server hibernating? It should be like 5 minutes but you can also just click force hibernate in the danger zone. Also sometimes the repair files button doesn't work so try clicking it a few times.

Hmm not sure. Maybe try deleting the json files again. If that doesn't work, try creating a support ticket

Not sure then. Either just wait for someone else that might know the answer or make a support ticket with the link I gave you above.
