Custom Images not working

I installed the Custom Images plugin to my world. I looked at the attached link to see how to use the plugin, and it states that I need to "Open the config.yml found in the Images folder and configure the desired database" however there is no config.yml or Images folder. Can someone help me?

I'm afraid Images hasn't been updated to 1.16 on Minehut yet, you should see if there are already some posts asking it to be updated in the Plugin Suggestions category, and if there aren't you should make one

The plugin may not be updated on Minehut.

Hey, you should restart the server,
once you've done so if the plugin is not broken you'll see a folder called Images which will contain the config.yml file.

I have restarted a few times because I added more plugins to see if those worked, and they did. There is still no Images folder. I pressed "reset config" as well and nothing new popped up.
