I get kicked every time i join my server

I resently had  a problem with my survival server where thousands of pigmens came out the nether portals and made the server crash every time me and my friends joined . I later found out that one of my friends set the tick speed to 1000 witch made all the pigmen spawn but also all the chicken farms ect... i tried changing the tick speed back to normal but the sever commmands do nothing for example when i /kill nothing happens so i ended up putting de server in peaceful to try and kill all the mobs but now when i join nothing .When i break blocks behind torches the torches levatate and redstone stuff dosent work such as presure plates and it seems that nothing is loaded for example no chunks load when i go out of where i last respawned and when i join the server i get kicked in a mater of seconds with a message in chat sayng ''the server you were previously on went down , you have been connected to a fallback server a'' 

PLEASE HELP

If the problem is the tick speed, try changing it back to default. Do the command in console while the server is online. /gamerule randomTickSpeed 3. It is case sensitive so make sure its exactly like that.

i tried but commands dont work for some reason for exemple when i rite in chat nothing appears and when i do commands such as /kill nothing happens and for some reason when go out of the spawn chuncks nothing is loaded its just empty and then it kicks me off the server

Try doing it in console instead of in game maybe.
