Stone tools

Help, every time i start a server, i usually get some of the basic plugins, but out of like the like 3, how do i disable new players spawning with stone tools?
I dont know how to remove them i need someones assistance and no, i dont know what plugin is doing this, someone please help me

In essentials config.yml, you should see this

 

# Do we want to give users anything on first join? Set to '' to disable
  # This kit will be given regardless of cost and permissions, and will not trigger the kit delay.
  #kit: ''
  kit: tools

Just change tools to ' ' like it says. click save then in game do /ess reload.
