My server restarted itself by itself and went back about 40 minutes how could i fix this?

Basically as the title says my server restarted itself by itself to go like 40 minutes back and this sucks because in that time i did a lot of work and also got 2 wither skulls, also i dont know if everyone else was set back but they most likely were too, how could i fix this if there is a way and prevent it from happening again?

hey, yes all servers seem to have done this because of the server crash, and so every server lost the progress they have done since the last log in
