Server Issues

[I-Am-Ra-Sun-God]

I'm trying to start my server and for some reason it keeps having me wait 30 seconds, tells me to continue (which will take me back to the server list), but will still tell me to activate it. Plus, when i normally go into the world before it's done it'll take me to the backup area, but now i'm getting an error message that reads: "Internal Exception: java.io.Exception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
